We BRICS countries should firmly promote an open world economy, be resolute in rejecting unilateralism and protectionism, promote trade and investment liberalization and facilitation, and jointly steer the global economy toward greater openness, inclusiveness, balanced growth and win-win outcomes for all.
4、未來10年，將是全球治理體系深刻重塑的10年

We should ensure that economic globalization will deliver more benefits. We should help emerging markets and developing countries, African countries and the least developed countries in particular, fully involve themselves in international division of labor and share in the benefits of economic globalization.
6、潮流來了，跟不上就會落后，就會被淘汰
潮流來了，跟不上就會落后，就會被淘汰。我們能夠做的和應(yīng)該做的就是要搶抓機(jī)遇，加大創(chuàng)新投入，著力培育新的經(jīng)濟(jì)增長點(diǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)新舊動能轉(zhuǎn)換。
Those who fail to keep abreast of the trend of the times will fall behind and become irrelevant. What we can and should do is to seize opportunities, increase input in innovation, focus on creating new areas of growth and replace old growth drivers with new ones.
7、現(xiàn)行國際秩序不能隨意被舍棄，更容不得推倒重來
現(xiàn)行國際秩序并不完美，但只要它以規(guī)則為基礎(chǔ)，以公平為導(dǎo)向，以共贏為目標(biāo)，就不能隨意被舍棄，更容不得推倒重來。
Obviously, the current international order is not a perfect one. But as long as it is rule-based, aims to be equitable and pursues win-win outcomes as its goal, such an international order should not be discarded at will, still less should it be dismantled and rebuilt all over again.
8、在制定新規(guī)則時要充分聽取新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家意見
不管是創(chuàng)新、貿(mào)易投資、知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)等問題，還是網(wǎng)絡(luò)、外空、極地等新疆域，在制定新規(guī)則時都要充分聽取新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家意見，反映他們的利益和訴求，確保他們的發(fā)展空間。
When new rules are made on such issues as innovation, trade and investment and intellectual property protection or on new frontiers including cyberspace, outer space or the polar regions, we should make sure that the views of emerging markets and developing countries are heeded, their interests and demands are taken into consideration, and there are sufficient opportunities for their development.
9、我們將繼續(xù)敞開大門搞建設(shè)

China will continue to develop itself with its door wide open.
我們將繼續(xù)創(chuàng)造更具吸引力的投資環(huán)境，加強(qiáng)同國際規(guī)則對接，增加透明度，堅(jiān)持依法辦事，鼓勵競爭，反對壟斷。
China will build a more investment-friendly environment that is aligned with international standards, more transparent and law-based and encourages competition and opposes monopoly.
我們將加強(qiáng)知識產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，加大執(zhí)法力度，提高違法成本，鼓勵企業(yè)間正常技術(shù)交流合作，保護(hù)所有企業(yè)合法知識產(chǎn)權(quán)。
China will take tough law enforcement steps to strengthen protection of intellectual property rights and make IPR infringement even more costly. We encourage companies to maintain normal technological exchanges and cooperation, and will see to it that their lawful intellectual property rights are protected.

China will also increase imports to promote balance of payment under the current account.
10、“一帶一路”倡議源于中國，屬于世界

The Belt and Road Initiative, guided by the principle of seeking shared benefits through extensive consultation and joint contribution, originated in China but belongs to the world.
我們真誠希望金磚國家、非洲國家、廣大新興市場國家和發(fā)展中國家加入共建“一帶一路”伙伴網(wǎng)絡(luò)，讓共建“一帶一路”成果惠及更多國家和人民。
It is our sincere hope that other BRICS countries, African countries and other emerging markets and developing countries will forge strong partnerships with this initiative so that its benefits will reach more countries and their peoples.
11、中非合作是南南合作的典范
中國是非洲國家天然的好朋友、好兄弟、好伙伴，中非合作是南南合作的典范。
China and African countries are destined to be good friends, good brothers and good partners, and China-Africa cooperation stands as a fine example of South-South cooperation.

今年是曼德拉先生誕辰100周年。他有一句名言：“攀上一座高山后，你會發(fā)現(xiàn)，還有更多的高山等著你去攀登。”
This year marks the centenary of the birth of Nelson Mandela. Let me quote one of his famous sayings, "After climbing a great hill, one only finds that there are many more hills to climb."
金磚合作的歷程，正是五國攜手勇攀高峰、不斷超越的歷程。
Indeed, the history of BRICS cooperation is a journey of our five countries climbing great hills only to reach new heights.
只要金磚國家攜手同心，就能不斷攀越險峰峭壁，登頂新的高峰、到達(dá)新的高度，為人類和平與發(fā)展的崇高事業(yè)作出新的更大的貢獻(xiàn)！
I am convinced that when our five countries forge ahead together, we will scale new peaks, reach new heights, and make even greater contribution to peace and development of mankind.
