申長雨：要堅(jiān)定不移地實(shí)行嚴(yán)格的產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度

2018年兩會(huì)期間，國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局局長申長雨在“部長通道”上說，近年來，我國不斷加大知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)力度。今年政府工作報(bào)告進(jìn)一步強(qiáng)調(diào)強(qiáng)化知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)，對(duì)此，申長雨表示，要堅(jiān)定不移地實(shí)行嚴(yán)格的產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)制度。

“China will push to amend the Patent Law to introduce punishment compensation measures to reinforce the punishment against IP violations, to let the violators pay,” he said.

他說：“要加快推動(dòng)專利法的修改，引入懲罰性賠償措施，加大對(duì)各類侵權(quán)行為的懲治力度，讓侵權(quán)者付出沉重代價(jià)。”

"We will work with other departments to form a collective force to protect intellectual property," he said.

他說：“國家知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)局將和有關(guān)部門一起形成知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)的合力。”

Shen also said to speed up review and protection process, more IPR centers will be established this year to allow right owners to safeguard their rights more efficiently with lower cost.

申長雨談到，今年將建立更多的知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)中心，實(shí)現(xiàn)快速審查，快速確權(quán)、快速維權(quán)的協(xié)調(diào)聯(lián)動(dòng)，讓產(chǎn)權(quán)所有者能以更小的代價(jià)有效維權(quán)。

China has already built 19 such centers.

中國已建立了19個(gè)知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)中心。
