5月27日，全國政協(xié)十三屆三次會議第三場“委員通道”采訪活動(dòng)舉行。全國政協(xié)委員、澳門立法會副主席崔世昌分享了對澳門回歸20年來，澳門“一國兩制”成功實(shí)踐的感想和心聲。

Chui Sai-cheong, a member of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference National Committee from Macao, said on the sidelines of this year's two sessions that it is the "one country, two systems" principle that has ensured Macao's remarkable economic and social progress in the past 20 years since its return to the motherland.

來自澳門的全國政協(xié)委員崔世昌在接受采訪時(shí)表示，澳門回歸祖國二十年來，經(jīng)濟(jì)社會取得飛躍發(fā)展，在“一國兩制”實(shí)踐中取得世界公認(rèn)的成績。

Macao's economy has continued to grow and the livelihood and welfare of its people has been protected since its return, Chui said. Residents in Macao have enjoyed an annual share of the cash offered by the SAR government since 2008. Last year, each resident received 10,000 Macao Pataca, he said.

他說，澳門回歸后，經(jīng)濟(jì)持續(xù)增長，民生福利得到明顯保障。自2008年起，每年澳門居民都享有現(xiàn)金分享，去年每名居民能拿到1萬塊澳門元。

Last year, President Xi Jinping attended a series of activities to celebrate the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland. This was a clear indication of the importance President Xi attaches to Macao's economic and social development, Chui said.

他說，去年，習(xí)近平主席出席慶祝澳門回歸祖國二十周年系列活動(dòng)，體現(xiàn)出習(xí)近平主席對于澳門經(jīng)濟(jì)社會發(fā)展的重視。

Additionally, Macao and its neighboring city of Zhuhai in Guangdong province, are strengthening cooperation to jointly develop the Hengqin free trade zone, which will provide space and impetus for Macao's long-term development in the future, Chui said.

尤其是珠海和澳門加強(qiáng)合作共同開發(fā)橫琴，這對澳門將來的長遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展留有空間，注入了新動(dòng)力。

"Macao residents have deeply realized that the SAR's success cannot be separated from the support of the motherland," he said.

他說：“澳門居民深切地認(rèn)為，澳門的發(fā)展離不開祖國的關(guān)心和支持。”

Macao completed the legislating of the law on safeguarding national securiy in 2009, and established the national security council in 2018, chaired by the chief executive of the SAR, Chui said, adding that it provided a good demonstration that "one country, two systems" operates under one country.

他說，澳門特區(qū)在2009年順利完成《維護(hù)國家安全法》立法，2018年成立了維護(hù)國家安全委員會并由行政長官當(dāng)主席，這是“一國兩制”中體現(xiàn)樹立“一國”的很好證明。

The Macao SAR government, together with all sectors of society, has actively promoted the Constitution and the Basic Law of the Macao SAR. Additionally, the Constitution and the Basic Law have been listed as compulsory courses in universities and are also key courses for training civil servants, according to Chui.

澳門特區(qū)政府聯(lián)同社會各界積極宣傳推廣憲法和澳門基本法，憲法和基本法更是被列為大學(xué)的必修課，也是公務(wù)員培訓(xùn)的重點(diǎn)課程。

"We will resolutely uphold the authority of the Constitution and the Basic Law, safeguard the central government's overall jurisdiction over Macao, guarantee the SAR's high degree of autonomy, and help Macao integrate into the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area with the advantages of 'one country, two systems'," he added.

他說：“面對未來，我會堅(jiān)決維護(hù)憲法和基本法的權(quán)威。維護(hù)中央對澳門特別行政區(qū)的全面管制權(quán)，保障澳門特區(qū)的高度自治權(quán)，運(yùn)用‘一國兩制’之利，融入粵港澳大灣區(qū)的發(fā)展。”
