1. The organizers reserve the right to refuse any entries that involve pornography, violence, or commercial advertisements, or works that are considered in violation of Chinese laws and acknowledged moral standards.

提交作品不得含有色情、暴力、違反法律法規(guī)和道德規(guī)范或商業(yè)廣告內(nèi)容。

2. The author owns the copyright and has the right of authorship of the entries. By submitting an entry, each participant irrevocably agrees that they grant the organizers the permanent right to freely use the work in this activity or other projects. Usage of the entries includes but is not limited to editing them for playing, publication, posters and exhibitions.

作品版權(quán)歸作者所有，并享有署名權(quán)。參與者提交作品即視為同意授權(quán)主辦方及承辦單位免費(fèi)無限期在本活動中及其他項(xiàng)目使用該作品。使用方式包括但不限于對作品進(jìn)行剪輯加工、用于放映、出版、海報(bào)、展覽等用途。

3. Participants promise that entries are created by themselves and do not infringe on the copyrights, patent rights, trademark rights, rights to reputation or other legitimate rights and interests of any third party. If there is violation of that requirement, the organizers reserve the right to unilaterally revoke the participant’s eligibility to win a prize at any stage. Participants shall bear all legal responsibilities and any losses or damages resulting from copyright disputes.

參與者應(yīng)承諾提交的作品為原創(chuàng)作品，不得侵犯任何第三方的著作權(quán)、專利權(quán)、商標(biāo)權(quán)、名譽(yù)權(quán)及其它合法權(quán)益。如發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合參與條件者，主辦方有權(quán)在任何階段單方面取消其參評及獲獎資格。因作品版權(quán)所產(chǎn)生的法律責(zé)任，一律由作者承擔(dān)，并賠償由此對主辦方造成的一切損失。

4. By submitting an entry to the activity, the participant will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions, which China Daily reserves the right to interpret.

參與者一經(jīng)報(bào)名，即被視為已接受本條款。主辦方保留對本次活動條款的最終解釋權(quán)。
