導(dǎo)讀：來華參加2024年中非合作論壇峰會的尼日利亞總統(tǒng)提努布，在峰會期間為中國日報中國觀察智庫獨家撰文表示，中國是尼日利亞的重要合作伙伴，尤其是在尼日利亞的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展方面，中國發(fā)揮了十分重要的作用。尼方致力于在基建、貿(mào)易、金融、能源等領(lǐng)域加強同中國的關(guān)系。他的本次訪華及參加本屆中非合作論壇峰會，將進一步深化和鞏固尼中友誼。

尼日利亞與中國雖然相隔遙遠，但兩國在許多方面有著顯著的相似之處。兩國經(jīng)濟的規(guī)模與活力、豐富的自然與人力資源，以及各自獨特的文化和人文魅力，是兩國的優(yōu)勢，也是兩國的共同特征。

Nigeria and the People’s Republic of China are continents apart but share salient similarities. The vastness and vitality of their economies, natural and human resources, as well as the uniqueness and beauty of their cultures and peoples are distinctive strengths that define both nations.

中國是尼日利亞的重要合作伙伴，我的政府致力于在基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、貿(mào)易、金融和能源領(lǐng)域加強與中國的關(guān)系。去年，兩國的雙邊貿(mào)易額達到了226億美元。我相信，通過在關(guān)鍵領(lǐng)域更廣泛的互利合作，這一數(shù)字還將繼續(xù)增長。

China is an important partner of Nigeria, and my administration is committed to strengthening relations on infrastructure, trade, finance, and energy. In the previous year, bilateral trade volume between both nations reached $22.6 billion. It is my belief that this amount can be surpassed with broader and mutually beneficial cooperation in key areas.

中國在尼日利亞基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施發(fā)展方面發(fā)揮了非常重要的作用，特別是在交通領(lǐng)域。近年來尼日利亞修建的大量鐵路、公路等公共基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施，都得益于中國的支持。隨著我國政府基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施議程持續(xù)推進，我們將歡迎尼中繼續(xù)合作，例如伊巴丹-阿布賈、卡杜納-卡諾段鐵路等關(guān)鍵基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施項目，以及拉各斯州政府與廣州倬億國際集團旗下CIG Motors公司合作的LAGRIDE項目，該項目將開啟非洲電動汽車的新時代。

China is a very significant player in Nigeria’s infrastructural development, particularly in the transportation sector. The recent construction of tracts of railways, roads, and certain public infrastructure is to its credit. As my administration advances on its infrastructure agenda, we will welcome sustained partnership, especially as regards critical infrastructure like the Ibadan-Abuja-Kaduna-Kano section of the Lagos-Ibadan Railway, and collaborative investments like the LAGRIDE initiative, jointly ventured by the Lagos state government and CIG Motors, which will herald a new e-mobility era in Africa.

交通基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施是發(fā)展的主要推動力之一，因為它促進了人和貨物的流動，連接了買家和賣家，開辟了投資渠道，并創(chuàng)造了就業(yè)等機會。

Transport infrastructure is one of the primary agents of development as it facilitates the movement of people and goods, connects buyers and sellers, and opens up channels of investments, creating jobs and opportunities down the line. 

我的政府對基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的愿景是一個整體性的議程，旨在推進尼日利亞經(jīng)濟的可持續(xù)增長，確保大多數(shù)人的繁榮。

My administration’s vision for infrastructure is in furtherance of a holistic agenda of re-engineering Nigeria's economy for sustainable growth and ensuring the prosperity of the majority of its citizens.

我贊賞習(xí)近平主席的遠見卓識，在他的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)下，中國成為了全球主要經(jīng)濟體和全球領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者之一。作為非洲第一大經(jīng)濟體的總統(tǒng)，我深知領(lǐng)導(dǎo)一個像中國這樣偉大的國家是多么不易，也明白實施大膽改革的艱巨性。通過改革，尼日利亞已經(jīng)走上了經(jīng)濟復(fù)蘇、增長和發(fā)展的軌道。

I commend President Xi Jinping for his visionary leadership, which has positioned China as a leading economy and global leader. I am aware of the rare facility and efforts in leading a great nation like China, being the President of the largest African nation and having to undertake bold reforms which have put Nigeria on a trajectory of economic bounce, growth, and development.

感謝習(xí)近平主席的邀請。我相信，我此次訪華并出席本屆中非合作論壇峰會，將進一步深化和鞏固尼日利亞與中國之間的雙邊關(guān)系。

I thank President Xi for his invitation, and I believe my visit and participation in the Forum on China-Africa Cooperation will further deepen and solidify bilateral relations between Nigeria and China.
