2024年11月25日，中新雙向投資洽談會在蘇州工業園區召開，26個中新雙向投資項目簽約落地。蘇州工業園區是中國和新加坡兩國政府間的首個合作項目。
A total of 26 investment cooperation projects between China and Singapore were signed on November 25, 2024 during the China-Singapore Investment Forum held in Suzhou Industrial Park, which was the first intergovernmental cooperation project between China and Singapore.
【知識點】
1992年9月，時任新加坡內閣資政李光耀率團訪問中國，表達了中新合作共同建立工業園區、并以該園區為載體借鑒新加坡經驗的意向。此后，中新雙方圍繞合作開發事宜進行了多次協商和實地考察，最終確定選址蘇州。1994年2月26日，中國和新加坡兩國政府在北京簽署《關于合作開發建設蘇州工業園區的協議》。同年5月12日，蘇州工業園區首期開發建設正式啟動。1999年6月28日，中新雙方簽署《關于蘇州工業園區發展有關事宜的諒解備忘錄》，確定從2001年1月1日起，中新蘇州工業園區開發有限公司實施股比調整，中方財團股比由35%調整為65%，中方承擔公司的大股東責任。
蘇州工業園區位于蘇州市城東，行政區劃面積278平方公里（其中，中新合作區80平方公里），是中國和新加坡兩國政府間的重要合作項目，被譽為“中國改革開放的重要窗口”和“國際合作的成功范例”。蘇州工業園區開發建設30年來，共入駐新加坡企業400余家，累計實際使用新加坡資本超過49億美元。歷經30年發展，蘇州工業園區成為全國開放程度最高、發展質效最好、創新活力最強、營商環境最優的區域之一，在國家級經濟技術開發區綜合考評中實現“八連冠”（2016年至2023年），躋身科技部建設世界一流高科技園區行列。

明年是中新建交35周年，雙方要密切高層往來，進一步加強發展戰略對接，深化各領域合作，為兩國人民帶來更多福祉，為地區和平繁榮作出更大貢獻。
Next year will mark the 35th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Singapore. The two countries should strengthen high-level exchanges, further synergize development strategies, and deepen cooperation in various fields, so as to deliver more benefits to the two peoples and make greater contributions to regional peace and prosperity.
今年是蘇州工業園區開發建設30周年。30年間，蘇州工業園區從“池塘洼地”變成“創新之城”，樹立了兩國合作的生動樣板，也是新加坡深度參與中國改革開放的見證。
This year marks the 30th anniversary of the China-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park in east China's Jiangsu Province. Once a low-lying field, the industrial park has been transformed into a hub of innovation over the past 30 years, setting a vivid example for bilateral cooperation and bearing witness to Singapore's deep involvement in China's reform and opening up.
