中共中央、國務院近日印發了《教育強國建設規劃綱要（2024—2035年）》。

The 2024-2035 master plan on building China into a leading country in education was jointly issued recently by the Communist Party of China Central Committee and the State Council.

【知識點】

教育是強國建設、民族復興之基。教育興則國家興，教育強則國家強。黨的十八大以來，以習近平同志為核心的黨中央堅持把教育作為國之大計、黨之大計，作出加快教育現代化、建設教育強國的重大決策，推動新時代教育事業取得歷史性成就、發生格局性變化，我國教育現代化發展總體水平跨入世界中上國家行列，教育強國建設進入了蓄勢突破、全面躍升的重要階段。站在新的起點上，黨的二十大明確提出到2035年建成教育強國的宏偉目標。

《教育強國建設規劃綱要（2024—2035年）》提出的主要目標是：到2027年，教育強國建設取得重要階段性成效。各級教育普及水平持續鞏固提升，高質量教育體系初步形成，人民群眾教育獲得感明顯提升，人才自主培養質量全面提高，拔尖創新人才不斷涌現，關鍵領域改革取得實質性進展，教育布局結構與經濟社會和人口高質量發展需求更加契合，具有全球影響力的重要教育中心建設邁上新臺階。到2035年，建成教育強國。黨對教育事業全面領導的制度體系和工作機制系統完備，高質量教育體系全面建成，基礎教育普及水平和質量穩居世界前列，學習型社會全面形成，人民群眾教育滿意度顯著躍升，教育服務國家戰略能力顯著躍升，教育現代化總體實現。

【重要講話】

教育興則國家興，教育強則國家強。建設教育強國，是全面建成社會主義現代化強國的戰略先導，是實現高水平科技自立自強的重要支撐，是促進全體人民共同富裕的有效途徑，是以中國式現代化全面推進中華民族偉大復興的基礎工程。

When education in a country thrives, the country will thrive, and strong education makes a strong nation. Building a leading country in education serves as a strategic precursor of building a great modern socialist country in all respects, an important support for achieving greater self-reliance and strength in science and technology, an effective approach to promoting common prosperity for all, and a fundamental project to advance the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation on all fronts through a Chinese path to modernization.
