“中立促進(jìn)和平、安全與發(fā)展之友小組”（簡(jiǎn)稱(chēng)“中立之友小組”）于2020年8月應(yīng)土庫(kù)曼斯坦倡議成立，中國(guó)是18個(gè)首倡國(guó)之一。“中立之友小組”旨在倡導(dǎo)中立政策，推動(dòng)各國(guó)在聯(lián)合國(guó)框架下加強(qiáng)協(xié)調(diào)合作，致力于以和平方式解決爭(zhēng)端，促進(jìn)國(guó)際和平、安全與可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
