工信部會同國家發展改革委、科技部等有關部門以及京津冀三地政府共同編制《京津冀產業協同發展實施方案》，明確到2025年，京津冀產業協同發展水平顯著提升。
China has unveiled a plan for the coordinated industrial development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The plan, jointly issued by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and the local governments of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, said that the region's level of coordinated industrial development will have improved significantly by 2025.

京津冀是我國重要的產業發展高地，面對新形勢新任務新要求，推動產業協同發展的任務更迫切。近年來，京津冀產業協同發展取得標志性成果，產業結構持續優化。截至2022年底，京津冀地區累計培育國家級專精特新“小巨人”企業1100多家，占全國比重達到12%。《京津冀產業協同發展實施方案》提出，要扎實推進京津冀產業優化分工布局、協同創新、高端智能綠色化發展、優質企業群體培育、高水平開放合作等，將京津冀打造成為立足區域、服務全國的先進制造業創新發展增長極和產業協同發展示范區。
方案明確，聚焦京津冀產業協同發展，將加快推動包括優化區域產業分工和生產力布局、提升產業基礎高級化和產業鏈現代化水平、增強區域產業創新體系整體效能等八方面重點任務。在優化區域產業分工和生產力布局方面，著力支持京津冀深入實施先進制造業集群發展專項行動，建立集群跨區域協同培育機制，聚焦集成電路、網絡安全、生物醫藥等重點領域，著力打造世界級先進制造業集群。在提升產業基礎高級化和產業鏈現代化水平方面，協同培育新能源汽車和智能網聯汽車、生物醫藥、氫能、工業互聯網、高端工業母機、機器人等六條重點產業鏈。

要堅定信心，保持定力，增強抓機遇、應挑戰、化危機、育先機的能力，統籌發展和安全，以更加奮發有為的精神狀態推進各項工作，推動京津冀協同發展不斷邁上新臺階，努力使京津冀成為中國式現代化建設的先行區、示范區。
