數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是利用數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)，對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)資源進(jìn)行產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)開發(fā)過程中所形成的產(chǎn)業(yè)形態(tài)，是促進(jìn)數(shù)據(jù)要素市場(chǎng)化價(jià)值化的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。這個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)主體主要包括從事數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)創(chuàng)新、資源開發(fā)利用、數(shù)據(jù)技術(shù)賦能應(yīng)用的企業(yè)，同時(shí)也包括從事數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)流通交易的企業(yè)，以及數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的企業(yè)。培育數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)是數(shù)據(jù)要素市場(chǎng)化配置改革的一項(xiàng)重要內(nèi)容，也是培育數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)、發(fā)展新質(zhì)生產(chǎn)力的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié)。當(dāng)前，我國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)處于快速發(fā)展階段，市場(chǎng)空間大，已成為數(shù)字經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。

“十四五”以來，我國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模快速增長(zhǎng)。據(jù)國(guó)家數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)展研究院研究，2024年，全國(guó)數(shù)據(jù)企業(yè)數(shù)量超過40萬(wàn)家，數(shù)據(jù)產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模達(dá)5.86萬(wàn)億元，較“十三五”末增長(zhǎng)117%；截至2024年底，我國(guó)軟件收入規(guī)模較2020年增長(zhǎng)80%，規(guī)模以上電子信息制造業(yè)增加值增長(zhǎng)超70%。
