國(guó)家糧食和儲(chǔ)備局稱，截至2023年底，全國(guó)實(shí)現(xiàn)低溫準(zhǔn)低溫儲(chǔ)糧倉(cāng)容2億噸，國(guó)有糧庫(kù)儲(chǔ)糧周期內(nèi)綜合損失率控制在1%的合理范圍內(nèi)。伴隨我國(guó)大力推進(jìn)綠色倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)提升行動(dòng)，控溫、內(nèi)環(huán)流、有害生物綜合防治等綠色儲(chǔ)糧技術(shù)得到了廣泛應(yīng)用。

By the end of 2023, the total storage capacity of low-temperature and near-low-temperature grain warehouses nationwide had climbed to 200 million tonnes, and the comprehensive loss rate of state-owned grain warehouses remained within a reasonable range of 1 percent, according to the National Food and Strategic Reserves Administration. China has been promoting green grain storage technologies in its grain warehouses, covering such areas as temperature control, internal circulation and comprehensive pest control.

隨著我國(guó)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)的持續(xù)深入，糧倉(cāng)的規(guī)模、布局、結(jié)構(gòu)、功能不斷升級(jí)優(yōu)化。目前，機(jī)械通風(fēng)、環(huán)流熏蒸、糧情測(cè)控、谷物冷卻“四合一”儲(chǔ)糧技術(shù)已成為國(guó)有糧庫(kù)的標(biāo)配，我國(guó)糧食倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)更加綠色、環(huán)保、節(jié)能，在確保糧食數(shù)量安全的同時(shí)，糧食儲(chǔ)存保質(zhì)保鮮水平進(jìn)一步提升。

保障糧食安全，要在增產(chǎn)和減損兩端同時(shí)發(fā)力，持續(xù)深化食物節(jié)約各項(xiàng)行動(dòng)。要樹(shù)立大食物觀，構(gòu)建多元化食物供給體系，多途徑開(kāi)發(fā)食物來(lái)源。要嚴(yán)格考核，督促各地真正把保障糧食安全的責(zé)任扛起來(lái)。

To ensure food security, efforts must be made to both increase production and reduce food losses, continuing to further prevent food waste. An all-encompassing approach to food must be adopted to build a diversified food supply system, and develop food sources in multiple ways. Assessment of officials' performance must be tightened to urge all localities to shoulder their responsibility for securing food security.
